I am an Intuitive Life Coach, trained in Intuition Development completing Christie Sheldons INT 101, 201, Advanced Courses and Energetic Healing modalities. I also have a background in Acting, Shamanic Psychology, Fitness training, NLP and Buteyko Breathing. Having spent many years exploring different healing modalities, I have found that radical self-love is the ultimate healer, and the best way to cultivate it is through developing intuition, creativity, and clearing unconscious blocks. Having grown up in an abusive household, this led to abusive relationships in my adult life and struggled to make ends meet for a long time.
